After finding all the following items from each fast food restaurant, I found it really surprising to find how much fat, salt, and calories there are in each food item. What also got my attention was how most people choose the least healthiest foods because of how they sound and look healthy when they actually aren’t.

  2. It's insane to see how much calories, sodium, and fat are in all of these items. I agree with Kayla I totally though that In-n-Out would be the best bet. Even then it has just so much junk in it!

  3. Yeah, I also thought In-n-Out burgers were supposed to be better. I always think it's crazy seeing the nutrition facts for fast food. That's why I only eat fast food once in a while, and try not to look the labels, although I should! haha

  4. I think it's funny that people are amazed how unhealthy these fast food items are. Has anyone ever noticed that the picture never looks the same as the real food item in front of them? Im not a big fast food eater and I hope these types of facts can/will get through to some people. Even if someone cuts back on the fast food would be a positive start.

  5. isnt it amazing the intake of all sorts of calories and fat? Some things I noticed are that the intake of sodium in one food item can be the amount of sodium one is supposed to intake on a daily basis! yikes

  6. Wow that is just shocking. Seeing those nutrition facts just makes me not want to eat these kinds of foods. I think for most people it is hard when they are on the go it is so easy to pull up to fast food chaines to get something to eat. I guess it all boils down to the choices one makes.

  7. yeah I really don't understand how people can eat out so much, especially when they know how unhealthy it is for you. I think fast food places should provide more affordable, healthy food on their menus.

  8. Dang it makes me sad to think that In-N-Out Double-Double I enjoy has 1440 milligrams of salt in it. I don't think I'll be recommending Carls Jr. to anyone, thanks for the info.
